Return & Refund Policy

Effective from: 1st November 2025

We want you to love what you order. If something is wrong, damaged, or not what you expected, we will make it right quickly. Because many of our products are custom printed or personalized, some items have different return rules. Read the details below, they explain what you can expect and how to start a return.

Scope and applicability

This policy covers purchases made at our online store and over the phone. It applies to orders shipped within the United States and to Connecticut customers. If you bought from a popup event or third-party marketplace that posts its own policy, that policy may apply in addition to this one.

Our general return window

Most non-personalized, in-stock items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. We will inspect returned items and process refunds or exchanges once we confirm the item meets our return criteria.

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items

What this really means is you accept that items made to your specifications cannot usually be resold. Therefore:

  • Personalized, monogrammed, custom printed, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described. Examples include mugs with custom photos, engraved ornaments, and bespoke apparel with names or custom artwork.
  • If a personalized item arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us immediately — see Section 7. We will request photos and may require the item returned for inspection. If we confirm a defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at makemeblush@myyahoo.com or call (862) 282-7084.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Do not discard damaged packaging unless we ask you to.

If we confirm the problem, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping and any return shipping costs we require, or
  • Offer store credit when appropriate.

We will choose the option that fixes the problem fastest for you.

Change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items (see Section 3) within 30 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless we sold the item with a free returns promotion.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show obvious wear, odors, stains, or have been washed or used.

How to request a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, email makemeblush@myyahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you’re returning and why
  • Preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit

We will reply with an RMA number and step-by-step instructions including the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping and costs

Unless the return is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties for international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and buying shipping insurance — we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

If we provide a prepaid return label for a valid damage/defect claim, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds: method and timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards or original payment method: processed within 5 to 10 business days after we accept the return. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
  • Store credit: issued within 3 business days of acceptance and delivered to the email associated with your account.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item) or as required by law.

We will email you when the refund is initiated, and include any transaction references.

Restocking fees and partial refunds

We generally do not charge restocking fees. In rare cases where an item is returned substantially used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund. We will explain any partial refund computation in writing before finalizing the refund.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at makemeblush@myyahoo.com or (862) 282-7084. Orders for personalized or made-to-order items may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. For in-stock items, we may be able to cancel or change shipping address if the order has not yet shipped.

Orders that never arrive and shipping delays

If an order does not arrive within the promised delivery window, contact us. If we cannot ship within a promised time and we do not obtain your consent for a delay, you may be entitled to a full refund under federal rules for mail, internet, or telephone orders. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue refunds for undelivered merchandise and related charges.

Gift returns

If your order was marked as a gift at checkout, the recipient may return the item within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original purchaser will be handled according to the payment method and our standard refund timing.

International, wholesale, and third-party marketplace orders

International orders, wholesale purchases, and orders made on third-party marketplaces may have different return rules. Customs, duties, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders unless otherwise stated. For third-party marketplace purchases, the marketplace’s policies may apply in addition to ours.

Proof of purchase and required documentation

All returns require proof of purchase such as an order number, packing slip, or receipt. For defective or damaged items we may request photographs and a short description. For high-value or custom items we may require the original packaging.

Fraud prevention and abuse

We take return fraud seriously. Repeated returns outside our policy, false damage claims, or attempts to return used personalized goods as new may result in denial of the return, refusal to refund, or restriction of future purchases. In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to involve law enforcement.

Policy for samples, sale, and clearance items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Closeout, or otherwise marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns unless they are defective. Sale prices do not affect the eligibility rules described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect business or legal changes. We will post the revised policy on our site with the effective date. For Connecticut customers: we disclose our policy as required by state law and will post conspicuous notice in our online checkout flow.
