These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, uploading designs, and buying our products. By visiting or using makemeblush.com or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Make Me Blush by Angel is a small USA-based gift shop that creates custom printed and handmade gifts. If you have questions about these terms or need customer service, email makemeblush@myyahoo.com or call (862) 282-7084.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our site or purchase products. They govern purchases, user accounts, contests, user-submitted content, and interactions with our customer service. We may also post supplemental terms that apply to specific features or promotions; those supplemental terms are part of these Terms.
We can update these terms. When we do we will post the new version with an updated effective date. If the changes are material we will try to notify you by email when we reasonably can. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that engage in abusive or illegal behavior.
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items listed. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occurs when we ship the product or, for digital or immediate-delivery items, when we accept payment and deliver the files. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, or inability to provide shipping to your address.
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and include any taxes that we must collect at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. You agree to pay all charges for items you order. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Shipping terms are posted in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you when we deliver the item to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed. If a carrier marks a package delivered and you do not receive it, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and contact customer service.
Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale except for defects or errors we caused. Contact makemeblush@myyahoo.com to start a return.
What this really means is if you upload photos, logos, text, or designs for personalization you grant us the right to use them to produce your order and to operate and promote our business.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any content you submit and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law. By submitting content you grant Make Me Blush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display the content solely to provide services, process orders, and for marketing related to your order (including using sample images for social media unless you request otherwise). We will remove or stop using your content on request when feasible, but note that printed goods already produced cannot be retrieved.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact our designated agent at makemeblush@myyahoo.com. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will respond to valid takedown notices. We may also publish a counter notice if appropriate. Service providers that host user content must maintain a DMCA agent; we will keep contact information available on the site.
Do not upload or request printing of content that is unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or infringing. We reserve the right to refuse to produce items that violate these rules or that, in our judgment, may expose us to legal risk. If we refuse an order for content, we will notify you and, when appropriate, refund your payment.
All text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and software on the site are owned or licensed by Make Me Blush. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit our site content without written permission. You may use product images and descriptions for personal, non-commercial browsing and ordering.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Because many items are handmade and custom printed, slight variations in appearance, color, or finish may occur. Except where prohibited by law, we provide our products on an as-is basis and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Here’s an important Connecticut note. Certain states, including Connecticut, limit how implied warranties may be disclaimed; where state law requires implied warranties we will comply with those requirements. If you live in a state that does not allow disclaimer of implied warranties, some of the disclaimers above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Me Blush and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Make Me Blush, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or your submission of content that infringes third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflicts of law rules. You and Make Me Blush agree to try to resolve disputes informally first. If we cannot agree, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
If you prefer arbitration, contact us; we may offer arbitration as an option for certain claims. Any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain available to you.
We primarily sell within the United States. If you order from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws and for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. Shipments to some countries may be restricted; contact customer service before ordering large or restricted shipments.
Promotions and discounts are subject to terms the company posts at the time of the offer. We may cancel or refuse promotions that appear to be fraudulent or that violate the offer terms. Gift cards are subject to their own terms which we will post at purchase.
We use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, hosting, and analytics. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services; links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination. Refunds will be handled per our Return & Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier failures, or government actions. If a force majeure event occurs, we will communicate expected impacts and options.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Me Blush regarding the use of the site and purchase of products.
